I was really looking forward to gifting the In Debt series, which I'm sure is a beautiful piece of work. Unfortunately, although the order was marked as delivered, it never arrived—likely due to an error with the shipping carrier. I reached out to the seller, Henry, to explain the situation and requested a partial refund given the circumstances. However, he claimed his responsibility ended once the item was shipped and only offered a $50 refund—far less than what I paid. While I understand shipping issues can happen, I expected more accountability and support from the seller. The lack of resolution was frustrating and disappointing. As a buyer on Etsy, I value trust and good customer service, both of which were lacking in this experience.

They arrived quicker than expected based on other reviews I saw (expecting them to be late, but they were in the middle of the expected delivery date). I've cracked open all the spines and they seem in excellent condition except for very minor things (like the ribbon book marks being different lengths or the inside backing of the front cover being unglued in a small spot). Overall very pleased! And the seller was super kind and helpful when I reached out regarding a couple questions. Will most likely purchase again.
